All they ask is that you give your honest review of the products, and share it with your friends, family and co-workers. Welcome to “My Online Favorites”. Here you will find reviews of web sites I have discovered online, and “why” they earn Merry’s Stamp Of Approval. I will give enough information about each place to give you a generalized idea of the site, and why I think you will enjoy it or find it beneficial. What is Gather?
My #1 favorite place to make friends, earn points and win stuff. If you are new to the point world, and do not know what that means, quite simply it is like earning money. There are gift cards to MANY, MANY favorite places you shop already. i.e. Starbucks Coffee, Gap, Dunkin Donuts, CVS/Pharmacy, Amazon, Target, Macy’s, Border’s, Home Depot, Brookstone, PayPal, Omaha Steaks, Pretty Good Goods, My Wines and more.

Gather gets my seal of approval because what first impressed me MOST about Gather was their claim to be the “Grown Up Place to Meet”. After being a member there for two months now, I find this to be very, very true.
The great thing about Gather is that you earn points while meeting friends, finding recipes, coupons, freebies and/or finding information on just about any subject of interest including current events, gardening, writing, poetry and so much more. There are a lot of really good people on Gather, and you soon start to feel as they are a part of your extended family. Another really great perk is that you can also win opportunities to try products just by participating in chats/post. i.e. Oscar Mayer, Crystal Light, all kinds of products. I recently won 6 wonderful books by contributing a post on Green Living! Plus, I am currently involved in The Crystal Light 8 Glasses a Day Challenge for which I won 3 boxes of Crystal Light, and a really cool Eddie Bauer water bottle.
